Refund & Cancellation Policy
BookForge sells downloadable digital products. Because the ebook is delivered digitally after payment, purchases are generally non-refundable once the download has been made available.
Failed or reversed payments
If a payment is failed, reversed, or otherwise not captured by Razorpay, the purchase will not be fulfilled. Any applicable bank or payment-network reversal is handled through the payment provider.
Duplicate payments
If you believe you were charged twice for the same purchase, contact BookForge with the relevant transaction details so the payment records can be checked.
Access problems
If a successfully paid order does not provide access to the ebook, contact BookForge for assistance with delivery.
